This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Unclasp: Rotate Rings Puzzle for Android (package name com.unclasp.ringpuzzle, referred to as the "App"), provided by Fengjuan Liu (referred to as "We", "Us", "Our" or "Developer").
It explains what information is collected when You use the App, how it is used and shared, and the choices You have. By using the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The short version
- Unclasp: Rotate Rings Puzzle does not require an account, and We do not ask for Your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details.
- Your game progress, coins, boosters, settings and Strawberry Contest score are stored only on Your device. We do not upload them to any server.
- The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, the IP address and basic device information.
- You can limit personalized ads in Your device settings and, where required by law, through the consent form shown in the App.
- We do not sell Your personal information.

1. Definitions
- App refers to Unclasp: Rotate Rings Puzzle, the mobile game provided by the Developer.
- Developer refers to Fengjuan Liu.
- Country refers to China.
- Device means any device that can run the App, such as a phone or a tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service Provider means a third-party company that processes data to provide a service used by the App, such as advertising.
- You means the individual using the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You provide
The App has no registration or sign-in, and it does not ask You to enter personal information. If You contact Us by email, We will receive Your email address and the content of Your message, and use them only to reply to You.
2.2 Information stored on Your Device
To let You continue where You left off, the App saves the following on Your Device:
- game progress: the current level, stars earned and win streak;
- coins, boosters and reward chest progress;
- Strawberry Contest progress: strawberries collected and the current round;
- settings: sound, vibration, language and theme.
This information stays on Your Device and is not sent to Us. It is deleted when You uninstall the App or clear the App's storage. The Strawberry Contest leaderboard is calculated on Your Device, and Your score is not uploaded or shown to anyone else.
2.3 Information collected by Our advertising partner
The App is free to play and is supported by ads. Ads, including optional reward videos, are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When ads are requested and shown, Google may automatically collect information such as:
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID (AAID);
- the IP address of Your Device, which may be used to estimate Your general location (for example, country or city);
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size and app version;
- interactions with ads, such as ad views and taps;
- diagnostic data related to ad performance.
Google uses this information to serve ads, to measure ad performance, to prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted and You have not opted out, to show personalized ads. 2.4 Information from Google Play
The App is distributed through Google Play. If You have chosen to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google may provide Us with crash reports and performance statistics through the Google Play Console. These reports help Us fix problems and are not used to identify You.
The App does not currently offer in-app purchases. If purchases are offered in the future, payments will be processed by Google Play, and We will not receive Your payment card details.
3. Device Permissions
The App requests only the permissions it needs:
- Internet and network state: to load and show ads.
- Advertising ID (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): used by Google AdMob as described above. - Vibration: for haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the App's settings.
The App does not access Your location (GPS), contacts, camera, microphone, photos or other files on Your Device.
4. How Information Is Used
- To run the game and save Your progress on Your Device.
- To show ads, and to give You the reward You choose when You watch a reward video (for example, coins, a booster or extra time).
- To measure ad performance and to prevent ad fraud (by Google).
- To find and fix crashes and other problems.
- To reply to Your messages when You contact Us.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent Your personal information. Information is shared only in the following situations:
- With Our advertising partner: Google AdMob collects and processes the information described in section 2.3 directly from the App.
- For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court or a government agency), or to protect Our rights, the safety of users or the public.
- Business transfers: if the App is transferred to another developer or company, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post a notice before such a transfer.
- With Your consent: for any other purpose, only with Your consent.
6. Your Choices
- Personalized ads: You can reset or delete Your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Your Android settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on Your Device). You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to You.
- Consent: where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the App shows a consent form provided by Google before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change Your choice at any time from the privacy options in the App's settings.
- Reward videos are always optional. You choose whether to watch one.
- Local data: You can delete all game data stored on Your Device by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
7. Retention and Deletion
We do not keep Your game data on Our servers. Game data on Your Device is kept until You clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. Information collected by Google is retained according to the Google Privacy Policy. Emails You send Us are kept only as long as needed to handle Your request.
If You would like Us to delete any information You have sent Us, contact Us at the email address below.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information related to the App. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us, and We will take steps to delete that information.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where You live, You may have rights under data protection laws, such as the right to access, correct or delete Your Personal Data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of some U.S. states may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising; You can do so by opting out of ads personalization as described in section 6.
Because We do not store Your game data on Our servers, most data related to the App is either on Your Device or held by Google. To make a request, contact Us at the email address below, and We will respond within a reasonable time. For data held by Google, You can also use the tools described in the Google Privacy Policy.
11. International Data Transfers
Google may process information in countries other than Your own, where data protection laws may be different. Google states that it uses appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Ads shown in the App may link to websites or apps operated by third parties. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage You to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App adds new features or advertising partners. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will take effect after they are posted on this page. We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
