Terms of Use

01Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Chengmai Qingzhou Xinghe Network Technology Co., Ltd. (澄迈轻舟星河网络科技有限公司, “we”, “us”), the developer of the Android app “Watermark remover, Logo eraser” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02The App

The App lets you remove or add watermarks on videos and edit them — for example crop, trim, compress, change speed or format. Editing is performed on your device. Some features are free (with ads and limits); others require a Premium purchase. Features may change over time.

03Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and images you edit. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store your content.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of anyone;
• use the App to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harmful content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify or resell the App, or bypass its purchase or licensing checks, except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with the App, its ads or its services, or use them in an automated or abusive way.

05Premium, subscriptions and free trials

Plans

• Yearly subscription — Premium for one year, renewing automatically each year. It may start with a 3-day free trial if your Google account is eligible.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium on the same Google account with no renewal.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen and in the Google Play payment sheet before you confirm. Prices may differ by country and may include taxes.

Payment and automatic renewal

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or — if you start a free trial — when the trial ends.
• A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel it.
• If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Free trials

• Free trials are offered once per Google account, at Google Play’s discretion. If you are not eligible, the subscription price is charged immediately and the payment sheet shows this before you confirm.
• You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Otherwise the trial converts into a paid yearly subscription.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, Google Play will notify you in advance in accordance with its rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and Google Play’s refund policies.

06Ads

The free version of the App displays ads provided by third-party ad networks. Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data and the choices available to you.

07Third-party services and content

The App relies on third-party services, such as Google Play, Firebase, ad networks and a link-parsing service used by the download feature. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

The download feature is intended for saving content you own or are allowed to download. You must respect the terms of the platform where the content is hosted and the rights of the content owner. We do not host, control or endorse third-party content.

08Our intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play’s terms.

09Disclaimers

We work hard to make the App reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Watermark removal results depend on the source video and the area selected, and some traces may remain visible. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Please keep a copy of your original files.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling any subscription in Google Play). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in the courts available to you under those laws.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
