Refund Policy

01Overview

This policy applies to purchases — subscriptions and one-time purchases — made in apps published by Chengmai Qingzhou Xinghe Network Technology Co., Ltd. (澄迈轻舟星河网络科技有限公司) under the SailingLab brand. All payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your card or bank details.

02Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store: tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel subscription. See Google Play Help for details.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription.

03Free trials

Some subscriptions start with a free trial. The trial length and the price charged after the trial are shown on the purchase screen and in the Google Play payment sheet before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first billing period is charged. Free trials are available once per Google account.

04Refunds

Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Refund requests sent to us are reviewed case by case — for example, where a purchase was made by mistake, a charge was duplicated or not authorized, or a paid feature does not work as described.

If a refund is approved, it is issued through Google Play to the original payment method, and the related subscription or purchase is cancelled.

05How to request a refund

• Through Google Play: shortly after a purchase you can request a refund directly from Google Play — see Google Play Help.
• By e-mail: write to sailinggalaxytech@gmail.com with the app name, your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days.

06Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
